This sterling silver flatware is made by Dominic and Haff in the Mazarin pattern introduced in 1892. Stamped by Bailey and banks a high-end jeweler originally in Philadelphia. Back in the day when these pieces were made nicer stores contracted with silver manufacturers to have their pieces stamped with their name for prestigious, reputation and advertising. The hallmark on these pieces is Dominic and Haff and they were retailed by Bailey Banks & Biddle Company..
