Beginning in 1820, when William Hazen Rogers became a silversmith, the Rogers Brothers were using a process called silverplating to create silverware & serving pieces.
In 1847, that process was perfected to the point that other companies wanted to work with them, & they were bought by The Meriden Britannia Company ... which later became International Silver.

Each piece is stunning, & has beautifully aged since its creation.
There are six salad forks & all show only the expected patina & use.
One looks to have a water droplet 'stain' only-- the silver remains in good condition.
They are ready to be added to, or replace pieces in your current set.
Lovely just isn't the word!
Please see the photos for more details.
