This is a real French military M47 field jacket.

The armholes are wide, so you can wear it over thick innerwear without any problem.

I bought it as a deadstock item from a vintage clothing store. One wash, unused.
The epaulets have been removed.

100% cotton

If you are concerned about the difference in color impression, it is better to avoid it.

Size 29, equivalent to XL

Vintage items have individual differences, so please compare the actual size with your existing outerwear.

There is no noticeable damage or dirt.
It is in a perfectly usable condition.
All buttons are the same.
The fabric is old, so the weave is not uniform and there are unevenness.
There are some threads in places, but they are not frayed, they are just short threads sewn by a sewing machine that have not been cut off, so I left them as they are.
If you are concerned, you can cut the threads short to make them look neat.
