* There is a problem with the pedal though. The pedal was mounted inside a cabinet and there is no bottom plate on the pedal so the wiring is exposed. It may be dangerous if there are children in the home or potentially to others. Ideally the pedal needs to be replaced or somehow covered for safety reasons. See last pictures.
