Hemant & Nandita tunic. Tag says it’s the “Pom Pom ruffle tunic.” NWT originally sold for 320 but at Nordstrom for 130. The arms are split and flowy. Ruffle detail at waist under a deep v neckline. Ties at waist with tassel details. Blue and white horizontal stripes with red embroidery detail. Women’s medium, P2P about 21” but is rounded out to arms. Length is about 29.5”.
