This a BRAND NEW unit still has all the protective plastic on it. Works Great and I only used it once to test and make sure it was working properly. It was a defective return because the plastic hinges that hold up the top when you change the toner have broken (see last two pictures). You can still change the toner despite this and it does not affect the use of the printer at all. The hinges for the scanner bed are separate and work fine.
