This was made for a queen. It has 170 facets in the center gemstone and two oval pink topaz gemstones on the sides. The total carat weight is 14.82. This is not a shrinking violet type of ring. This ring makes a statement. It is so strikingly beautiful. I could stare at it all day, but my husband thinks I should be doing something productive. The setting is made of palladium and sterling silver with 18k rose gold accents around the shank and in a crown around the main stone.
