This is a Simply Elegant Set of 9 Water Goblets by an unknown manufacturer during the Depression Era...Why do pieces of Depression glass show an unknown manufacturer...Several reasons..Record keeping was extremely bad and often times patterns and shapes were a trial. This particular set is not only unique but it's unusual...These pieces have a safety Edge at the lip. This safety edge was created by 2 Companies in the mid 30s..1 was Macbeth Evans and the 2nd was Libbey Glass...Yes Libbey has been around forever...Both Companies did however share the patent on that Safety Edge...This leads me to think, this set was most likely 1 or the other and I'm leaning Macbeth Evans due to some of there other products colors.
This Beautiful set is in Excellent use Condition Without Known Chips or Cracks. 1 chip last pic in foot.
