Description
This is a beautiful piece of California pottery labeled on the bottom with Calif,USA and the mold# 851 from the 1950s. The retro orange color bakeware with green and yellow flex of glitter on the lid is surely stunning. There are no chips, or crazing in this piece, however upon careful inspection I discovered that the handle on top of the lid had at one point been repaired. The last 2 photos show the repaired knob... The bowl measures about 8” across and the 9” where the handles are. It is 3” deep and 4” with the lid on. This would be a beautiful decorator piece with it's retro design and eye popping color.. But still has plenty of life in it to be functional as well..
