Here's a dainty beauty - a floral hanky pin with an intense blue faceted center stone. The flower has twelve petals and two leaves, one on each side of the flower. The pin to me has the look of vermeil. The frame and flower are rose gold in color and the leaves are yellow gold. On the C-clasp is the mark S & W. I have found that this represents Sturdevant & Whiting of Massachusetts. I can find no other markings. Pin measures one inch wide and 5/8 inch high. Condition: there's a space between two of the flower petals and the clasp is a bit bent to one side (see closeup photos). This condition is reflected in the price. Circa 1900-1910.
