There are some missing minifigures, so I'm including the Magic Tree House 6020 as a replacement.
There are no major missing parts, but there may be some minor missing parts that I have overlooked. There was no string. There was no small flag, so it is a substitute.
There are no instructions, but you can use the ones that come up when you search for LEGO 6090 instructions on the internet.
Please understand that there may be some age-related deterioration of the parts due to the age of the product.
