This listing is for a Vintage Eureka Instant Foam Rug Shampooer * Blue & White Foaming Scrubber. It has sat in the same position for a while, so the brushes need a little fluffing and/or straightening, but they do spin as they should. I have not tested it w/ water because I was worried water could come out during shipping if it wasn't completely dry. The hose to the water tank is in good shape & the lever that opens it seems to work as it should, so I don't see any reason that the water tank wouldn't operate properly. There are scuffs and scratches on it due to previous use and there is a little rust coming through, but a little CRL & water could knock that out. I reprinted a copy of the owner's manual and it will be included. It comes just as pictured, measures 45 x 13 x 8 and would be a great addition to any vintage appliance collection.
