The Pennsylvania Automobile Box Car No. X2458 replaced the No. X2758 in 1946. There is no difference between these cars save for the number. This is a pre-war design car that is made out of sheet metal and was produced from 1946 until 1948.

Note that the large number printed on the sides, 61000, is not the production number. The production number is shown in the panel to the right of the car data. This automobile car is painted BROWN and had right and left separately cast metal doors that were painted to match. WHITE heat-stamped lettering was applied to the car sides. During production in 1947, the rivet below the 8 in X2458 was removed because it did not allow the proper alignment of the heat-stamp that was being used to apply the lettering.
