Silent Hill Nurse Costume set!!!
Includes the dress, tights, nurse hat, and gauze. All items are hand painted.
The dress is a real vintage nurse dress cut and painted for this costume, not sure what size but the measurements are:
length: 30.5 in
shoulder to shoulder: 23in
pit to pit:16 in
The hat includes 2 bobby pins to secure in the head & the gauze to wrap around head.
Tights are one size fits all and hand painted, been washed since worn.
Worn once in 2020, haven’t been touched since.
Perfect for halloween or any cosplay convention!! If purchased i will send you a message on how to put on gauze and hat if needed. Mask is not included as i handmade the mask using my face as a mold, so might not fit someone else:( but i do know that masks for this costume are sold online as well!!!!
