Thank you so much for visiting my shop, and for considering the use of my toppers for your work! These toppers are made of pure sugar, a sort of hard candy with no flavor. I use edible waffle or rice paper for my designs as well, however these shoes are sold for decoration purposes only and are not meant to be eaten. The bags listed in my shop are supported with foam and are not 100% edible. The great thing about these toppers is that they last up to 1 - 2 years, there is no need to refrigerate either just keep them out of the sunlight and in dry room temperature.
