These smaller, over 200 year old books are in overall fair condition for their age:
• Cover: heavy wear as expected due to age, loose covers (especially back of vol III)
• Spine: heavy wear as expected due to age, tearing at ends and along the sides, missing small sections, missing title plate on vol I
• Pages: age marks, brown spots, foxing throughout, folded corners and small tears. Decent condition considering age
• Edges: age marks/spots and darkening
• Measures approximately 5.75 x 3.5
