This 208 year old book is in overall fair condition for its age:

• Cover: decent condition considering age, see pics
• Spine: fairly heavy wear, see pics
• Pages: age marks/brown spots/foxing throughout and some folded corners & small tears. Some writing/markings in pencil. The first several pages are fairly dark (see pics). NOTE: 2 pages (101/102 and 103/104) are inserted upside down & in reverse order, (printing defect, see pictures). Still very readable!
• Edges: age marks & darkening
