A beautiful untreated Type A Light Green Jadeite from Guatemala. Much more rare than Burmese Jadeite. The deposit is much smaller. Guatemalan Jadeite has a different energy to it. I can tell instantly when it touches my skin if it is Guatemalan Jadeite. Its slightly cooler and denser in my opinion. There is something sacred about this Jadeite....you can feel it metaphysically speaking. The indigenous people felt this way about their Jade and Jadeite as well. Traditionally it is said to ward off evil spirits and assist in dreaming and good fortune. Its dissipates static charge and is a great absorber of heat thus making it an ideal stone for grounding and reducing inflammation.
