This is a really large, gorgeous pink (the images do not show it's pink color) Nirvana Quartz or Himalayan growth interference quartz. It's deeply etched in some areas and lightly in others. It's a stand alone piece which makes it perfect for display. It also looks to be a floater so that makes it more rare and unique especially given it's size. This beauty has some really cool druzy type crystalline growth within is grooves.
