Black vtg dress with horizontal pleats all the way down, ribbon straps, and ribbon bows on each strap. Vertical pleats on bottom of skirt attached to the liner, making it almost look like a mermaid hem. OPTI zip up back. The adorable bows give it a little bit of an elevated feminine feel.
