Side 1: Wooden Nickel, Lee's Summit Centennial, June 5-12 1965, Face Value 5¢, with an image of a steam locomotive with a coal car on the famous train track.
Side 2: Good In Trade At Centennial Headquarters, Lee's Summit, Mo., On Or Before June 5, 1965.
These are approximately 1 1/2 in diameter and 1/8 thick.
These are in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or marks.
