General Electric Vintage Metal Oscillating Fan. Works and spins but has a few flaws. As shown in pics theres some rust, the on/off button takes a couple tries sometimes to turn on/off, it seems to work to twist the button. To change the speed you need to use pliers. Still a cool piece for display, selling as a piece with flaws as is, may need work to get it in perfect condition.
