Set of 2 vintage Veb Haldensleben German vases (formerly Carstens). These vases have a mottled high gloss glaze in shades of malachite and turquoise-greens. The mottling has a look of oil and water that refuse to mix. Dark brown high gloss glazed interiors. This company was founded in 1945 and these pieces were probably made in the 1960's.
Base Marks: Numbered 056 and 058.
Label: Qualitätskeramik aus Haldensleben - Made in Germany
Both signed and labeled on the bottom. A great addition to your collection!
Condition: Excellent pre-owned condition, no chips or cracks. Both still have their original labels. (The dark shadow you are seeing is the reflection of my phone).
