## Sylvanian Families Rare Item
**[Early Release]** Red Roof House
Deluxe House and Green Furniture
This is an early release Deluxe House from Sylvanian Families.
There are no major scratches, but the curtains and stroller fabric have discolored.
There are minor scratches.
The furniture is a mix of Japanese and Chinese made.
The back of the chair is detached (Photo 17).
There is glue residue on the baby chair from a bottle, and the bottom of the bottle is missing.
There is glue residue on some of the furniture legs, and the bed decoration is broken (Photos 14, 15).
There is a discoloration on the chimney that looks like tape residue.
There is no box, but I will pack it carefully and ship it in a cardboard box. The furniture will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped together with the house.
I am also selling other early release toys and dolls.
This is a long-term home storage item, so please understand that there may be signs of aging.
