The MAYOR'S MANSION from the Department 56 Snow Village series.
Included is the historic marker sign identifying it as 1976 Residence of the First Mayor of Snow Village.
This lovely piece was introduced in 2006 and retired in 2007 for a suggested retail price of 100.
It is in very good used condition. There is only 1 pointed rooftop decoration that has come off, but is still included for easy repair. See photo.
Everything else in tact and great condition.
It comes with the original light cord/switch, which has been tested and is working as intended.
In original box and packaging! Packaging/box shows some wear due to storage and age.
