Featured here is a unique and intriguing piece from Royal Bayreuth of Bavaria. Made in a Roman pitcher style, tall and thin with sloping sides and a flared base, this pitcher has a gray and white theme with a floral motif and a cloudy boating scene. Often pitchers from this era trend toward pastel pinks and greens, so this pitcher really stands out, especially with a cloudy, dreary day on the water. Has details of red moriage and brown base. Judging from the mark, it was likely made around 1902. In good condition for its age, some spots of moriage are flattened,a few other spots and dots of wear. See pictures for closer detail.
