This kangaroo shirt is a small and has only been worn a couple times with my 3 week old son who weighed a total of 6.5 lbs. It is in perfect condition and holds up very well. The waist of the shirt does not stretch much at all in order to make sure there is support for the baby so it is a very true small. I weighed 130lbs and I'm 5'3 with a 30.5 waist at the time I wore the shirt with my son and was very confident in walking around with him and the feel of the shirt itself is great too. The bra part of the shirt does work same as any other nursing bra in the fact that it can be slipped to the side comfortably in order to breastfeed.
