This is a vintage Mid Century Modern set of 4 Libbey Partridge in a Pear Tree Christmas Holiday glasses. This glassware has a 22K gold gilt pattern of a partridge with gold pears scattered around the glass, as well as a gold rim.These date to the MidCentury period of the 1950s-1960s, when entertaining with fabulous glassware was in style. These have the Libbey SafEdge rim, and also the Libbey script L on the base. Glasses like these would have been perfect for parties and holidays. These are in exceptional condition, with minimal wear, and the gold is still in great shape. Note that the tumbler style has a straight edge, and is somewhat smaller than modern glassware.
MEASUREMENTS: 5 1/2 tall, holding approximately 11 ounces to the rim.
CONDITION: Excellent. No chips, no nicks, no cracks. Minimal wear.
