These spaghetti westerns inspired Quenton Taratino to make Django Unchained in 2012. This one features a story of a banker named Burton who dreams of owning all the mines in the region. He uses the bandit Martinez to kill and drive off the miners. When Johnny/Django arrives he tries to pin a murder on him to get him out of the way.
