Persnickety Sail Away Blue Dot Corset Dress - Girls Size 6 Years. I do believe it runs a size smaller in my opinion. Beautiful dress featuring a corset style bodice and wide sash for the perfect bow! Pearly button closure on the back. Blue with off white large polkadots. I did notice a few white spots (may wash out, I haven't tried but they don't look set in, pictured). No holes or tears noted. Vintage beauty, they don't make them like this anymore!
