Native American Spirit Horse painting acrylic on granite authentic Dine (Navajo) painting. Painted by Davin a Naakai Dine. This spirit horse has much significance. The Big dipper is depicted on the top half of the horse representing masculine nature and the bottom portion of the horse shows Cassiopeia which represents feminine nature. The center of the horse is the milky way representing non duality. The four feathers on the head of the horse represent the four cardinal directions and the colors black, red , yellow and white also represent the four directions and the four seasons. The horse is sacred in the Dine culture thus the horse is depicted in the night sky living forever eternally. Signed by Naakai Dine Davin.
