Beautifully rendered original antique oil painting from 1923. This serene still-life depicts a clay vessel nestled among green and purple grapes and grape leaves. Highlights on the grapes and the vessel create a strong sense of light in this composition. The painting is signed and dated in the lower right corner, but the name is hard to decipher. My best guess is O. Perlman, 1923.

The frame and painting are in very good vintage condition. The frame is a gold painted carved wood.

The framed painting measures 16.75 W x 12.5 H
