The lower layer of skirt is a solid shell. However upper layer of skirt is artfully made from multiple layers of see trough silk, which creates an unbelievable sensation of airiness, flare, dance, music and party. The skirt never was worn, it is new no tags. The indicated size is 12P, however, it is designed for a tall woman, who can carry so much silk in the skirt. The skirt has 8 horizontal layers of silk, and each adds to lightness and flare. The first layer at waist is 5.5 inches long, the second and third are 4 inches long / wide, the fourth is 3.5 inches long. The very last layer is only 2 inches long / wide. ZiPper on the size 7 inches long.
The total length of the skirt - 32 inches, the width at waist line - 31 inches, the width at hips - 50 inches, the width at hem - 100 inches +. The skirt is very light, it has lots of fabric, lined, and it is only 0.6 lbs by weight. It is a piece of art. Attractive and smart.
