- May 1967 Golf Magazine. Has some water damage on the cover.

- April 18, 1986 Golf World, International News Magazine of Golf. Some residue from the (removed) address label on the cover.

- Golf Annual 1972. Some light water damage only at the top right corner throughout the magazine, about the size of a thumbprint.

- June 1996 Golf Journal, Official Publication of the United States Golf Association.

- October 1998 Executive Golfer, Complimentary take home copy courtesy of your club professional.

- June 29, 1967 Sports Illustrated.

- Jack Nicklaus Golf's Golden Champion, A Special World Golf Hall of Fame Exhibit menu. No date.
