This authentic vintage Y2K's dress has a stretchy ribbed black bodice with matching black ties and a colorful contrast striped swishy 95% silk skirt. Extremely comfortable to wear and gorgeously spinny for any dance, party, at home, or anywhere in between. bebe logo hidden on the front of the skirt. The top of the bodice looks like a big bow in front when worn due to the gathering at the center, super cute and kawaii on. Some pilling on back of bodice, see pics for details.
