Small Carly dresses are supposed to fit a size 6-8 but in my experience, I'm short (5' even) and large in the chest (so normally I can fit into a medium to large shirt/dress in most brands) and I fit in a Small size Carly. So just keep that sizing in mind.
Roomy enough through the waist that it could even double as a maternity dress if the occasion calls! Or add a belt to accentuate a small waist. Very versatile.
