This is a collectible quite old antique Leviton porcelain lamp. It's condition is quite excellent all considered no noticeable chips really some imperfections with paint but minor and original. It has the original power cord and works great. It does not have the screw on adapter which is the why shaped attachment that goes on lamps to hold a shade. That attachment can be found at places like home Depot or Goodwill and better for the buyer to find the one they prefer with the shade that they prefer. It is 9 in tall from the base to the top of the part the light bulb screws into and The base is 3 and 1/2 in in diameter. I didn't clean it much I noticed when I was taking the pictures that the cord fabric is a little frayed where it plugs in to the plug-in but it is very snug and not loose in any way.
