Greetings, and welcome to our listing:)! These tumblers are preowned, in excellent condition (except tumbler 5), and very attractive. The issue with tumbler #5 can be seen in picture #12, where the two arrows highlight what we surmise to be manufacturing blemishes. This area does not appear to have been the result of being chipped, but rather it seems that the indentations resulted from the manufacturing process (just an educated guess on our part). The good news is that the rest of the tumbler is in excellent condition. This tumbler is a perfect example of if you know where to look, it can be seen; but it does not jump out at the viewer if someone has not been told of these blemishes beforehand. We have priced this set of five at a level recognizing that tumbler #5 is not in excellent condition, but closer to good. To end on a positive note, the other four tumblers are in superb condition:)!
