This listing is for three lovely milk glass covered dishes. Love the hen/rooster in a nest design and simple, straight forward white and red colors! I would date these back to the 1950's or so. These dishes would be great used for their original purpose as butter or candy dishes or just display in a country cottage or farm style kitchen.
All three pieces are in nice vintage condition with no chips, cracks or other significant issues. Some of the mold seams feel a bit sharp, but that is a manufacturing issue. The rooster dish has a luster finish whereas the other two pieces are just milk glass white. The rooster measures 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 4 1/8 , the larger hen is about 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 , the smaller one is 3 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 . 5 in length.
