Refund/Return Policy
Items can be returned and refunded within 30 days from purchase and new condition unused.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The buyer must contact us to request an RMA number before shipping the item back to us for a refund or repair. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any water filters. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping back an item for return.
