The bag is sewn into the towel. When out, the bag can have a clothing article stored inside it to act as a pillow. The bag turns inside out, folding the towel inside. Has drawstring closure and back straps for carrying. Great beach bag. There’s still enough room inside to carry your suntan lotion and other small items and articles and clothing to beach. There are some minor areas of peeling to the rubberized decals just from age and shelf life, stored in a Florida garage. Towel is approximately 30x60 inches
