Vintage NCAA Official Basketball Rule book for 1943-44 this was an interesting time in history with ww2 buttoning up and sports taking off again with the return of some of our men at war. Schools still ignorantly segregated. This book is good for African American Americana as segregation was still very prevalent also with photos of the all colored schools which I believe broke more than 1 record that year out of Texas. Overall condition is good but better than you'd expect from a rule book. Not all roles up or folded in half.
