It's brand new and sealed. ***However, please note the case has some cracks that I've showcased extensively in the last few photos. I bought this from another seller and it arrived this way but I kept it originally since I knew it was OOP, and I thought I wouldn't find another. I finally bought a new copy so I'm selling this one for exactly what I paid (which means the price is firm, sorry!). This will be shipped via media mail shipping.

I ship safely in a box with bubblewrap. I ship same or next day -- depending on what time during the day payment is made -- except for the weekends (due to the post office closing early on Saturdays and being closed on Sundays) and federal holidays.
