It is Mickey Mouse as Steamboat Willie, facing left, at a ship's wheel. Given in a plastic box with clear cover. Cast Members put it on a nametag, traditionally. NOTE: Although there are bootlegs of all of the service pins, it should be noted that some of the one-year pins legitimately do not have a Disney on the back, while others do.
