This is a nice genuine light green diamond labret, monroe, tragus, lip, ear. The diamond size is 2.06mm and is .03ct. The diamond is real and was mined from the ground. It is not fake, manmade, synthetic, coated, lab created, infused, color evaporated or dyed. It is in surgical steel 316L. It is 16 gauge. There are hues of blue/green in the diamond. A lot of sparkle in the sun!! Please choose the correct length from the drop down box. The back disc base is 4mm. The post is internally threaded so that the diamond part screws inside the post.
