This is a nice genuine yellow diamond Monroe, tragus, labret lip ear. The diamond size is 2.21mm and has millions of sparkles!! The diamond is real and was mined from the ground. It is not fake, manmade, synthetic, coated, infused, color evaporated or dyed. This yellow diamond has a beautiful shade of yellow!! It is in surgical steel 316L. It is 16 gauge and is .04ct. Please choose the correct length from the drop down box. The back disc base is 4mm. The yellow diamond clarity is VS-I. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive. The yellow is a little bit lighter than in the pictures. The post is internally threaded so that the diamond part screws inside the post. it's more secure so that it doesn't come unscrewed and to prevent irritation.
