This vintage 1980 General Electric 7-2881C AM FM radio has been tested plugged and sounds great.
The antenna telescopes and swivels as intended although there are breaks in the plastic antenna carriage.
All the knobs and features function.
The FM button needs to be pressed or fiddled with sometimes on the right side of the button. It picks up stations well.
AM button has no issues.
The volume works fine.
The bass and treble work fine.
I did not test with batteries or headphones, so I can’t say those features work.
A bit dusty with mild blemishes. Please refer to the photos for condition and dimensions
