This engine computer is for the 2.5 liter M54B25 engine as used in the 325i 325ci e46 3 series and e39 5 series 525i, works for automatic and manual transmission or if you are doing an engine swap into another chassis such as E30 / E36.
Make sure your car is using MS43 dme, as opposed to MS45, look at the dme in the car , takes a few minutes .
