Siam signed pieces, like this one, also known as Siamese silver, are a type of silver jewelry that originated in Thailand and is characterized by its traditional niello and motifs from Buddhist and Hindu tales. Siam jewelry was produced from the 1930s to the 1980s, but was most popular in the 1930s to 1950s. The name of the country was changed multiple times during this period, from Siam to Thailand and back again, which can make it difficult to date pieces. This piece is likely from the 1950's based on research. It's quite beautiful and makes a huge statement.
