Length is between midi and maxi (I am 5.8”, looks like a longer midi when I wear it)
Navy with small pink/white/yellow ‘flowers’
Standing collar with buttons - could be fold down
Full button front until the waistline (from the neck)

Slightly gathered waistline and bit puffy shoulders
Tailored but still relaxed fit, I wear size S or 6 and it fits me a bit loose.
Tags were removed, so I am not sure what brand it is.
